Our Bakery
It's been nine and a half years since I started making gluten-free bread and sweets with rice flour, inspired by my son's wheat allergy. With the desire to share the knowledge and skills I've cultivated with others who are suffering from allergies like me, and to spread the appeal of rice flour to those without allergies, I run a rice flour bread and sweets class.
Amidst all this, we finally perfected a 100% rice flour loaf that is incredibly fluffy and delicious—something that is said to be difficult to achieve with rice flour bread. With a burning desire to share this with as many people as possible, we opened a gluten-free bakery near Osaki Station in Shinagawa Ward in December 2025.
We aim for a future where everyone, regardless of allergies, can enjoy delicious food together!
